Children’s Christmas Party

Children’s Christmas Party

The Children’s Christmas Party was just so much fun.  Twenty five children from both Churches attended  the party.  There were lots of old fashioned games such as pass the parcel, pin the nose on Rudolph,  musical decorations (a variation on Musical Statues but you had to freeze in the shape of a decoration or even a brussel sprout), and flapping reindeer. A great surprise was that Father Christmas and his elves came with an early Christmas present for every child who was not on his naughty list  (and we didn’t have one child on it – a few were a bit close to going on the list but have promised to be good until Christmas at least.) Thank you so much Father Christmas  and your elves for coming.  You were amazing and the children were so excited to see you.  There was plenty of party food, and a beautiful Christmas cake made by Jackie which was cut by the oldest and youngest children at the party. Thank you to all those who helped.  You are all superstars. From the feedback, it seems that the children really enjoyed it.

Here are a few photos.  The main photos of individual children will be under the Gallery and be password protected.  Parents, please see Brenda or Mary  for the password.
